Kristin Greenlee, MA, CTRS is an Acute Care Clinical Leader for Therapeutic Recreation in Ohio, where she partners with interdisciplinary teams to advance patient-centered care through meaningful leisure and recreation interventions. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Arts in Infant and Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota.
Kristin brings diverse clinical experience across inpatient and outpatient therapy services, with a passion for helping patients receiving hemodialysis. Her work focuses on helping individuals achieve functional goals, enhance independence, and improve overall quality of life. In her current leadership role, Kristin is dedicated to strengthening the impact of therapeutic recreation in acute care, mentoring clinicians, and driving innovation to elevate standards of practice. She is passionate about advocating for the value of recreation therapy and expanding its role in modern healthcare systems.
