Garrett Davis is a game developer, serial entrepreneur, and startup accelerator director with a deep passion for building and scaling gaming companies, consulting firms, and startup ecosystems. He is the Managing Director of the ShawneeXP Gaming Accelerator, where he leads efforts to support early-stage game studios through funding, mentorship, and industry connections. His work focuses on strategic partnerships, fundraising, curriculum development, and community engagement, establishing ShawneeXP as a hub for gaming innovation.

Garrett has a strong background in game development, software engineering, and business strategy, having co-founded multiple startups and consulting firms. He was a co-founder of Lumos Columbus, a startup accelerator that provided support programs for early-stage ventures, focusing on business model development, game development, prototyping, financing, and customer acquisition strategies. His leadership has also driven the success of various ventures, including the development of Recovery Rapids, a Kinect-based therapy game for stroke rehabilitation, and Lead the Simulation, a game-based learning platform used by universities nationwide.

Throughout his career, Garrett has worked at the intersection of game development, venture funding, and technology-driven business solutions, leveraging his expertise to empower game creators and drive industry growth.
