Load-in & Load-Out

Load-In will take place Thursday (Oct 24) from 10-6p. You will be able to use the loading dock behind the convention center to bring your car. You have 20 minutes to park and unload and then move your car. Please unload your car and a volunteer will help show you to your space where you can drop your things off and then move your car. You can also park in the Goodale garage and bring your things to Hall D.

Load-out will take place Sunday (Oct 27) at 4pm. You can again use the loading dock if you wish behind the convention center or use access to the parking garage. We ask that you do not break down before 4pm as it creates a poor experience for our guests.

Please ask a Volunteer in an orange shirt if you have any questions.

Exhibitor Badge ($60)

Buy extra exhibitor badges for your booth. Each badge is tied to a person, so please don’t transfer them. These badges count as GDEX passes and allow you to go to talks and GDEX Events. Note that they do not provide access to Dev Day, which has a discounted exhibitor option.
